JNA is a benign, highly vascular tumor that classically is seen in young males. They arise in the nasal cavity and present with persistent nasal obstruction and nose bleeds. Branches from the internal maxillary artery supply most of these tumors. They are embolized at Mount Sinai Hospital to facilitate endoscopic surgery by the ENT service.
